Welcome to Javelined. Javelined and its affiliates ("Javelined") provide website features, products, and services when you visit or shop at Javelined.com (the "website"), use Javelined products or services, use Javelined mobile applications, or use software provided by Javelined in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively "Javelined Services"). Javelined provides its services and sells products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.
Please read these conditions carefully before using Javelined Services. By using Javelined Services, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. We offer a wide range of Javelined Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a Javelined Service, you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to that service ("Service Terms"), including but not limited to: Terms of Use, Payments Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. In case of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Use and the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.
1. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use any Javelined Service or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you electronically in various ways, such as by e-mail, text, in-app push notices, or by posting messages on the website or through other Javelined Services, such as our Message Center. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement for them to be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
2. RECOMMENDATIONS AND PERSONALISATION
As part of Javelined Services, we may recommend features, products, and services, including third-party ads that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalise your experience. For more information, see our help page Finding Products in the Javelined store.
3. COPYRIGHT, AUTHORS' RIGHTS AND DATABASE RIGHTS
All content included in or made available through any Javelined Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Javelined or its content suppliers and is protected by German and international copyright, authors' rights, and database rights laws.
You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content of any Javelined Service without our express written consent. In particular, you may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilisation any substantial parts of the content of any Javelined Service without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of any Javelined Service (e.g., our prices and product listings) without our express written consent.

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any Javelined Service are trademarks or trade dress of Javelined. Javelined's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Javelined's or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers. All other trademarks not owned by Javelined that appear in any Javelined Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Javelined.
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and applicable Service Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Javelined or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Javelined Services. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of any Javelined Service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any Javelined Service or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or (with the exception of any use by researchers or competent authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You may not use the Javelined Services to infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual property or other legal rights.
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by Javelined or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders, or other content providers. No Javelined Service or its contents, nor any part of any Javelined Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You will not, and will not allow any third party to, use AI-generated content from the Javelined Services to, directly or indirectly, develop or improve large language or multimodal models, machine learning models, or related technology, such as AI models and AI systems.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Javelined without our express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Javelined's names or trademarks without our express written consent.
You may not misuse the Javelined Services. You may use the Javelined Services only as permitted by law. The licences to use Javelined Services granted by Javelined terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
When you use Javelined Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with these Conditions of Use, the applicable Service Terms, and any agreements between you and Javelined.
Javelined operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Sellers using Javelined Services may be subject to service fees, commissions, or other charges for listing, selling, or promoting their products on the platform. These fees may include a percentage of each transaction and/or fixed fees, as specified in the Pricing and Fees page or in applicable seller agreements.
In addition, payment processing fees may apply when transactions are completed through third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, or other supported payment methods.
You may need your own Javelined account to use certain Javelined Services, and you may be required to be logged into the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. Click Your Account to manage your account and payment options.
If you use any Javelined Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and your mobile devices, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. You can access and update much of the information you have provided, including your account settings, in the Your Account section of the website.
You must not use any Javelined Service: (i) in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, any Javelined Service, or any access to it to be interrupted, damaged, or impaired in any way, or (ii) for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity, or (iii) to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety.
We may terminate your Javelined account(s) or restrict your access to and use of Javelined Services if you are in breach of applicable laws, these Conditions of Use, any Service Terms, or any guidelines or policies on this website. For example, we may terminate your account(s) or restrict use of Javelined Services in cases of fraud or where required to do so by applicable laws or competent authorities.
We will only terminate your Javelined account(s) or restrict your access to and use of Javelined Services with advance notice, except when you seriously fail to comply with applicable laws, when we are unable to provide advance notice for legal reasons, or when providing advance notice could expose Javelined to liability, harm other users, or compromise the Javelined Services.
In any event, we will inform you in writing of the termination of your Javelined account(s) or the restriction of your access and use of Javelined Services. The notification will inform you of your right to appeal the decision.
You may close your Javelined account at any time by accessing the Your Account page and selecting the option to close your account.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, constitute a communicative attack against children/adolescents, impair the personal integrity of children/adolescents, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam". You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. We reserve the right (but not, in the absence of a valid Notice Form, the obligation) to remove or edit such content. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed by an item or information on any Javelined Service, please notify us by completing and submitting the appropriate Notice Form and we will respond.
If you post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant: (a) Javelined a non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully sublicensable and transferable rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media; and (b) Javelined, its sublicensees and transferees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. No moral rights are assigned under this provision.
You agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the entire period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content and material. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content. You agree to perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the above rights granted by you to Javelined including the execution of deeds and documents, at our request.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that, as at the date that the content or material is posted: (i) the content and material is accurate; and (ii) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable policies or guidelines of Javelined and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory and does not impair the personal integrity of children/adolescents). You agree to indemnify Javelined for all claims brought by a third party against Javelined arising out of or in connection with the content and material you supply except to the extent that any liability arises from our failure to properly remove the content when it is notified of the illegal nature of the content (Notice Form) arising out of or on the grounds of, or originating from the content that you have communicated to us.
Javelined respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please follow our Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Right Infringements.
In addition to these Conditions of Use, the terms found on the help page Javelined Software Terms of Use apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with Javelined Services (the "Javelined Software").
Parties other than Javelined operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines on this website. As a multi-vendor marketplace, Javelined allows independent sellers to list and sell their products directly to customers. In addition, we may provide links to the sites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their websites. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Conditions of Use, the below Conditions of Sale, or the Service Terms, Javelined does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, or content of any third parties.
You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we may share your information related to those transactions with that third party in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
Javelined allows third party sellers to list and sell their products on Javelined.com. In each such case, this is indicated on the respective product detail page. While Javelined helps facilitate transactions carried out on the marketplace, Javelined is neither the buyer nor the seller of the seller's items. Javelined provides a platform for sellers and buyers to connect and complete transactions.
Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a sale for third party products is solely between the buyer and the seller. Javelined is not a party to this contract and does not assume any liability arising out of or in connection with it, nor is it the seller's agent. Unless otherwise stated in this section, the third party seller is responsible for the sale of the products and for handling any buyer claims or other issues arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller.
Some third party sellers may operate as private individuals rather than professional traders. In such cases, this information is provided on the seller’s profile or information page and is based on the details supplied by the seller. If a seller is not acting as a business, certain statutory consumer protection rights may not apply, depending on applicable law.

The seller is also responsible for handling customer service inquiries related to their products and orders, unless it is explicitly stated that such support is provided by Javelined.
To enhance buyer protection, payments for orders may be temporarily held by Javelined until the buyer confirms receipt of the product or until the applicable return period has expired. Within the European Union, this return period is generally 14 days, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the Javelined Services will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to Javelined Services may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Javelined is liable without limitation if damage is caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Javelined or one of its legal representatives or vicarious agents.
In addition, Javelined is liable for slightly negligent breaches of essential obligations. Essential obligations are those whose breach jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or whose fulfilment enables the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In this case, however, Javelined is only liable for foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Javelined is not liable for slightly negligent breaches of obligations other than those mentioned in the previous sentences.
The above limitations of liability do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, in the case of a guarantee, or in the case of fraudulently concealed defects. To the extent that the liability of Javelined is excluded or limited, such exclusion or limitation also applies to the employees, legal representatives, or vicarious agents of Javelined.
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Conditions of Use affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions.

You agree that you will not export, re-export, or transfer any products (including software or other digital products) that you have purchased on the website to any country, individual, corporation, organization, or entity to which such export is restricted or prohibited by law.
For example, economic sanctions and embargoes imposed by the European Union, the United Nations, the United States, or other governmental authorities may prohibit you from transferring products to certain countries or entities, whether for personal use or otherwise.
In addition, you agree that you will not purchase any product or service from Javelined if you are subject to restrictive measures or sanctions. For more information about compliance and reporting concerns, please refer to Report Suspicious Activity.
You will be subject to the Javelined Services, policies, terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Use and applicable Service Terms, in force at the time that you use the Javelined Services.
If you have a Javelined account, and provided that such change does not constitute an unfair disadvantage for you, we may change the policies, terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Use and Service Terms, or any part of them, at any time for the following reasons: for legal or regulatory reasons; for security reasons; to enhance existing features or add additional features to our Services; to reflect advancements in technology; to make reasonable technical adjustments; and to ensure the ongoing operability of our Services.
If we make changes, we will inform you in an appropriate manner, for example via the website, your account, or through our Contact Form, and remind you of your rights. You will retain the possibility to close your account at any time via My Account.
If any provision of these Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Notwithstanding the above, Javelined reserves the right to make changes to any Javelined Services at any time.
If you breach these Conditions of Use and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Use.
Javelined does not sell products for purchase directly by children. We offer products intended for children that must be purchased by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use Javelined Services only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, or conflict between the German version of these Conditions of Use and any translation into another language, the German version shall prevail.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit your complaint using our Report Suspicious Activity form or through our Contact Form. This process may be used to report all types of intellectual property claims including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, design, and patent claims.
Upon receipt of a complaint, Javelined may take certain actions, including removing information or items and suspending or terminating accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. All such actions are taken without any admission of liability and without prejudice to any rights, remedies, or defenses, all of which are expressly reserved. This may include forwarding the complaint to the parties involved in the allegedly infringing content.
You agree to indemnify Javelined against any claims brought by a third party arising out of or in connection with the submission of a complaint.
Note on Third Party Seller Listings: Third party seller listings are hosted on Javelined.com and are published by independent sellers. These sellers may be contacted through their seller profile or store page where available.
Important Warning: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information in any report submitted to Javelined may result in civil and/or criminal liability. You should consult a legal advisor if you have any questions regarding your claim.

Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products offered on Javelined.com by third party sellers and, where applicable, by Javelined.
Javelined operates as a multi-vendor marketplace connecting buyers and sellers worldwide. In most cases, the sales contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the respective seller.
We offer a wide range of Javelined Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a Javelined Service (for example My Account, mobile applications, or other platform features), you will also be subject to the terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to that service ("Service Terms"). If these Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on Javelined, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order from the relevant seller. When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
The contract of sale is concluded only when the product is dispatched and you receive a confirmation that the item has been shipped (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). If your order is shipped in multiple packages, each shipment may constitute a separate contract of sale.
In transactions involving third party sellers, the contract is concluded directly between you and the seller. Javelined is not a party to this contract unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Without affecting your statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the Dispatch Confirmation is issued. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
This right of cancellation does not apply to certain categories of products and services, including digital products or software not supplied on a physical medium, once download or use has begun.
You consent to receive invoices electronically, for example in PDF format via your account area. For more details, please refer to your My Account.
Products are sold in quantities corresponding to typical household needs. Orders exceeding normal quantities may be restricted or cancelled.
3. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UP TO 14 DAYS, EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION AND STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS

STATUTORY RIGHT
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods purchased (or the last good, lot, or piece if the order relates to multiple goods delivered separately), or from the day of the conclusion of the contract in the case of services or digital content not supplied in a tangible medium.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by using our Return and Refund Policy or by contacting us via the Contact Form. You may also follow the instructions provided in your order details within your My Account.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel your order, payments received from you may be refunded in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Refunds are processed without undue delay and, in most cases, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request, subject to applicable conditions.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or until proof of return is provided, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify cancellation. Return conditions, shipping responsibilities, delivery timelines, and any applicable costs are described in our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The right of cancellation does not apply or may expire in the case of contracts concerning:
- goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
- sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software if unsealed after delivery;
- goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
- goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- fully performed services where performance has begun with your prior consent and acknowledgment;
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery has begun with your prior consent;
- newspapers, journals, or magazines except for subscription contracts.
In marketplace transactions, the seller may be responsible for processing returns and refunds, unless otherwise specified. Javelined may assist in facilitating the process in accordance with platform policies.
OUR VOLUNTARY RETURNS GUARANTEE
In addition to your statutory rights, Javelined provides a voluntary returns guarantee for certain products sold through the platform.
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that no exception applies and that the products are complete and in the same condition as received. Additional information can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.
This voluntary returns guarantee does not apply to digital products or software not supplied on a tangible medium once delivery or access has begun.
You must return each product in the same condition in which you received it. You may be liable if the value of the returned product has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If products are not returned in their original condition, the seller or Javelined may reject the return or reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value.
Where a return is accepted under this voluntary guarantee, the purchase price paid may be refunded (in full or partially, depending on condition), but original delivery costs may not be refunded. Return shipping costs and transport risk are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated (for example, in cases of defective products or promotional free returns).
In marketplace transactions, return processing and conditions may be managed by the respective seller, unless otherwise specified by Javelined.
This voluntary returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, including your right of cancellation described above.
STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS
In addition to the voluntary returns guarantee, customers in the European Union benefit from statutory warranty rights for a period of two years from the delivery of goods, in accordance with applicable law.
If goods are defective or not as described, you may request repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a refund or reduction in price.
In the case of used goods, the warranty period may be shorter, subject to applicable legal provisions.

All prices displayed on Javelined.com are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
Prices for products are set by the respective sellers on the platform. Additional costs such as shipping fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the delivery location and are displayed during the checkout process. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Despite our best efforts, some products listed on the platform may be incorrectly priced. We verify pricing before order processing. If a product's correct price is higher than the stated price, we may contact you for confirmation before dispatch or cancel the order. If the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount and process your order accordingly.
You can pay for your purchases using the payment methods available on the platform, including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, and bank account transfers. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. By using such services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. For more details, please refer to our Payments Terms of Use.
Javelined may apply service fees, transaction fees, or commissions in connection with marketplace operations, including fees charged to sellers and payment processing fees. These fees are reflected in the final pricing structure where applicable.
Ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment has been received.
In certain cases, payments may be temporarily held by Javelined or its payment providers until the successful completion of the transaction, including confirmation of delivery or expiration of the applicable return period, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Javelined reserves the right to limit or refuse certain payment methods in individual cases, including for security, compliance, or fraud prevention reasons.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by you during the order process.
Products offered on Javelined.com are supplied by third party sellers unless otherwise specified. Sellers are responsible for shipping, delivery, and handling of orders.
Information regarding availability, shipping, and delivery times is provided on product pages and during checkout. Such information is indicative only and does not constitute binding delivery deadlines unless explicitly stated otherwise. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be informed accordingly via your account or through our Contact Form. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, failure to receive the shipment, or other reasons attributable to you, additional delivery costs may be charged.
When ordering products for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Javelined and its sellers have no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary between countries, and you should contact your local customs authority for further information.
By placing an order, you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Javelined is liable without limitation if damage is caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Javelined or its legal representatives or agents.
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential obligations, Javelined is liable only for foreseeable damages typical of the contract. Essential obligations are those necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which you may rely.
Javelined is not liable for slightly negligent breaches of non-essential obligations.
The above limitations do not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, in cases of guarantees, or in cases of fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under applicable product liability laws remains unaffected.
To the extent that liability is excluded or limited, such limitation also applies to employees, representatives, and agents of Javelined.
For products with digital elements, updates may be provided by the respective seller, Javelined, or relevant third parties, depending on the nature of the product.
Such updates may include:
- updates specified on the product page at the time of purchase;
- updates required by law to ensure conformity of the product;
- additional updates intended to improve functionality, performance, security, or compatibility.
By using the platform and purchasing such products, you agree that updates may be provided where necessary.
Updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation. Failure to install updates in a timely or proper manner may affect product performance or functionality.
Javelined shall not be held liable for any lack of conformity resulting from your failure to install updates correctly, where such updates were provided in accordance with applicable requirements.
These Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Conditions of Sale affects your rights as a consumer under such provisions.

You will be subject to the Conditions of Sale in force at the time you place your order.
If any provision of these Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
If you breach these Conditions of Sale and we take no action, we will still be entitled to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions.
Javelined does not sell products for purchase directly by children. Products intended for children must be purchased by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use Javelined Services with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
