Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with what you bought on Javelined, you may be eligible to return it and get a refund. You will find the applicable conditions on this page.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

I. As a consumer located in the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. This means that you can withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt of the items (or the last item, lot or piece if the order concerns multiple items or multiple lots or pieces delivered separately) by you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you (the “Withdrawal Period”), without providing any reasons (the “Statutory Right of Withdrawal”).

II. To exercise your Statutory Right of Withdrawal, you should send your request to exercise the Statutory Right of Withdrawal before the Withdrawal Period has expired and return the item(s) to the indicated address within 14 days after you submit your withdrawal request.

III. You can submit your withdrawal request by making any clear statement setting out your decision to withdraw from the contract, or by clicking on the “Return/Refund” option for the relevant order in your account page, or by using the Online Return Page. If you submit your withdrawal request electronically, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

IV. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to your handling of the goods, except where such handling was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

V. If you withdraw your order according to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal, the original shipping fee is refundable, except for any additional costs that may arise due to your selection of an expedited delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered.

VI. All refunds, including shipping fees if applicable, are processed within 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until the returned item(s) are received or until you have shown that you have sent back the item(s), whichever is earlier. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment as the one you used for your purchase (PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer), unless you expressly agree otherwise.

VII. Please note that you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

2. Voluntary Return Policy

I. This section only applies where a voluntary return policy is explicitly offered for certain products and does not impact your Statutory Right of Withdrawal.

II. Where applicable, return conditions or extended return periods may be specified on the individual product page. Please note that within 14 days of receipt of the items, you benefit from the Statutory Right of Withdrawal, as described above.

III. Return shipping conditions, including whether free returns apply, will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout. Unless stated otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

IV. For refunds of returned items, your refund will be processed after the items are received and checked to ensure that they have not been damaged or used.

V. To get a full refund you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unused, and complete. Please note that if the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts or accessories attributable to you, the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value.

VI. The delivery costs of your initial purchase, if any, are not refundable under this Voluntary Return Policy, without prejudice to your statutory rights as described above.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

I. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact Javelined without undue delay after delivery.

II. To help us review your request, you should provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where possible, clear photos showing the damage, defect, or mismatch.

III. Where your claim is confirmed, you may be eligible, in accordance with applicable law, for an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or any other remedy available under applicable consumer protection laws.

IV. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory legal rights you may have in relation to goods that are damaged, defective, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming.

V. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping or arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@javelined.com as soon as possible.

4. Exceptions to the Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Voluntary Return Policy

The same exceptions apply to both the Statutory Right of Withdrawal and any Voluntary Return Policy. You cannot withdraw your order for the following products:

  • products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose sealing was removed after delivery or due to their nature have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery;
  • audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the sealing was removed after delivery;
  • products manufactured to customer specifications or clearly personalized;
  • products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
