Javelined is a global multi-vendor marketplace platform based in Germany that facilitates transactions between buyers and independent sellers worldwide. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Javelined acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the contract between buyers and sellers, except where required by applicable law.
If you reside within the European Union or the European Economic Area, you are entering into a contract with Javelined, Germany, Niedersachsen, Barnstorf 49406, (VAT number if applicable).
If you reside outside the European Union, you are entering into a contract with Javelined, Germany, Niedersachsen, Barnstorf 49406, (VAT number if applicable), which operates and provides Services globally.

Javelined is a global multi-vendor marketplace that allows users to offer, sell and buy a wide range of products and services in various pricing formats and across different locations worldwide.
Javelined is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. The contract for the sale is directly between the buyer and the seller. Javelined is not a party to the transaction and does not act as a traditional auctioneer. Unless expressly stated through specific programs or services, Javelined does not take possession of any items listed or sold through the platform. Sellers are responsible for storing, handling, and delivering their products directly to buyers.
While we may provide pricing, shipping, listing, and other guidance through our Services, such guidance is solely informational and users may choose whether or not to follow it. Except for certain checks, including those designed to identify illegal or harmful content, Javelined does not routinely review users’ listings or content.
While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes through platform tools and policies, Javelined has no control over, and does not guarantee, the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users’ content, listings, or feedback; the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction or return an item.
In connection with using or accessing the Services, you will not:
If you are registering as a business entity or on behalf of one, you represent that you have the authority to legally bind that entity. Business users must comply with all applicable laws relating to online trading in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
You agree that we will begin providing our Services to you immediately upon acceptance of this User Agreement. Where applicable under consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within a statutory period. Business users may request account closure via our contact form. We may recover costs for Services provided up to the time of cancellation where permitted by law.
If we determine that you are attempting to conduct transactions outside of the platform in violation of our policies, we may take actions including restricting account features, limiting buying or selling privileges, suspending accounts, applying applicable fees, and recovering costs related to enforcement and monitoring.
We may cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have remained inactive for an extended period, or modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time.
Additionally, we reserve the right to vary, limit, or terminate access to all or part of our Services for any reason and at our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Without limiting other remedies, Javelined may limit, suspend, or terminate your user account(s) and access to our Services, restrict or prohibit access to, and your activities on, our platform, remove or demote listings, delay or remove hosted content, remove any special status associated with the account, reduce or eliminate any discounts, and take technical and legal steps to prevent further use of our Services if:
Javelined may provide mechanisms for reporting violations and will review such reports at its sole discretion.
When evaluating disputes or policy enforcement, Javelined may consider user history, transaction behavior, and surrounding circumstances, and may apply policies accordingly to ensure fairness and platform integrity.
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access and use Javelined.
To protect minors from exposure to harmful or inappropriate content, certain categories of products, services, and content are strictly prohibited or restricted under our platform policies, including but not limited to:

Javelined uses automated systems, including algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as manual review processes, to detect and prevent illegal, harmful, or non-compliant content.

We apply these measures proportionately based on risk levels. Higher-risk categories may be subject to stricter monitoring and more frequent reviews.
If content is determined to violate laws or policies, it may be removed and the user may be notified with an explanation. Repeated or serious violations may result in penalties, including permanent account suspension.
Javelined also takes reasonable steps to minimize the time that illegal or harmful content remains on the platform.
Users can report suspicious, illegal, or harmful content via the Contact Page .
Regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies may request information in accordance with applicable laws, and Javelined will cooperate where legally required.
If Javelined takes any action as described in the Illegal and Harmful Content section, affected users may clarify the facts and circumstances by submitting an appeal electronically (free of charge).
Users may submit one appeal per content or action. Appeals may also be submitted if a report you submitted regarding illegal or harmful content was rejected.
Appeals may be submitted within six (6) months from the date on which the action was taken or the report was rejected.
Javelined will review appeals in a timely, fair, non-discriminatory, and objective manner. If the appeal is justified, the decision may be reversed where technically and reasonably possible without undue delay.
Fees for using Javelined services, including seller fees, transaction fees, and optional services, are outlined on the relevant pages of the platform, including the Pricing and Fees
Javelined may update existing fees or introduce new fees at any time. Where required by applicable law, users will be notified in advance. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
You are responsible for paying all applicable fees arising from your use of the platform, including fees related to listings, sales, transactions, or additional services, even if a transaction is completed outside the platform after introduction through Javelined.
Sellers must maintain a valid payment method on file. If payment fails or an account becomes overdue, Javelined may charge alternative payment methods on file or take appropriate recovery actions, including the use of collection services where permitted by law.
You authorize Javelined to automatically charge your selected payment method for any fees, charges, reimbursements, or obligations arising under this Agreement or related policies.
Fees do not guarantee visibility or promotion of listings. Javelined may display advertisements, sponsored content, or other listings at its sole discretion across the platform, including web and mobile applications.
When listing an item on Javelined, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform policies, including the Acceptable Use Policy
When buying an item on Javelined, you agree to comply with the applicable rules and that:
Buyers may request to cancel an order within the timeframe specified in our Return and Refund Policy Sellers may accept or decline such requests in accordance with their stated policies and applicable laws.
Buyers may request returns in accordance with the seller’s return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
If an item is defective, not as described, or eligible under platform policies, the buyer may be entitled to a refund.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with Section 8 (Using Payment Services), including deductions from seller balances where applicable.
Javelined operates globally, allowing buyers and sellers to engage in cross-border transactions. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable international laws, including customs regulations, import/export restrictions, and tax obligations.
Sellers are responsible for shipping products directly to buyers and must ensure compliance with shipping, customs declarations, and delivery requirements.
Buyers may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on their location. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
Listings may be visible to international users based on shipping settings and platform availability. Javelined does not guarantee visibility in all regions.
Javelined may use automated tools to translate listings, content, and communications between users. These translations are provided for convenience only, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
You agree that automated translation tools may be used as part of the platform services.
By submitting or posting content on Javelined, including product listings, images, descriptions, reviews, and communications ("Content"), you grant Javelined a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.
This includes the right to use content for marketing, advertising, and platform improvements.
You represent and warrant that:
Javelined may provide product data, images, or descriptions supplied by third parties. Such data is provided for convenience only, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings and associated content remain accurate and compliant.
Javelined reserves the right to remove, modify, or restrict content that violates platform policies or applicable laws.
The name "Javelined", logos, designs, and all related branding elements are the property of Javelined and may not be used without prior written permission.
You and Javelined shall each process personal data received under or in connection with this User Agreement as separate and independent data controllers. Under no circumstances shall Javelined and users be considered joint controllers or in a controller-to-processor relationship.
Each party is individually responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and any applicable national data protection laws.
You agree to process personal data obtained through Javelined solely for the purpose of completing transactions and fulfilling obligations under this Agreement. Personal data must be deleted once it is no longer necessary for these purposes, unless retention is required by law.
Failure to comply with data protection obligations may result in actions including account suspension or termination.
As part of the Services, Javelined may collect and process personal data including, but not limited to:
Javelined may share personal data with third parties where necessary to provide the Services, including payment processors, shipping providers, and legal authorities where required.
Personal data may also be shared where required by law or where Javelined has a legitimate interest in doing so.
Javelined may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, to assess risk, detect fraud, ensure compliance, and make decisions related to account activity, transactions, and platform security.
Such automated processing may affect account status, transaction approvals, or access to certain features. Users have the right to request human review of decisions where required under applicable law.

Upon termination of this Agreement, Javelined may delete or anonymize personal data unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analytics and operational improvements.

Javelined reserves the right to restrict, hold, or delay access to funds in connection with transactions conducted through the platform where necessary to manage risk, ensure compliance, or investigate potential issues.

Javelined may also withhold or deduct amounts from seller balances to cover refunds, disputes, chargebacks (including chargeback fees imposed by payment providers), penalties, or other liabilities.
By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to these fund restriction practices as part of the payment processing and risk management framework.
Sellers on Javelined may define their own return and refund conditions in accordance with applicable laws and the platform’s Return and Refund Policy .
Where a buyer returns an item because it is defective, not as described, or otherwise eligible for return, the seller is responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping where required by law.
You authorize Javelined to process refunds on your behalf and to deduct any applicable amounts from your balance, pending payouts, or future settlements.
Javelined may provide buyer protection programs to ensure that buyers receive the items they ordered or are refunded where applicable ("Buyer Protection").
If a claim is resolved in favor of the buyer, Javelined may reimburse the buyer on your behalf. In such cases, you agree to reimburse Javelined for any amounts paid, unless you are covered under applicable seller protection conditions.
If your balance is insufficient, you authorize Javelined to recover such amounts from your registered payment methods or through other lawful means.
Javelined reserves the right to correct any processing errors by debiting or crediting the relevant user account or payment method.
Sellers are solely responsible for the shipment and delivery of items sold through the platform. Javelined does not take possession of items and is not responsible for shipping performance.
Sellers must ensure accurate shipping details, including size, weight, and destination. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information may be deducted from the seller’s account.
For international transactions, sellers are responsible for compliance with export and import laws, including customs declarations and restrictions.
Buyers may be required to pay additional costs such as customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
In cases of lost, damaged, or undeliverable items, the seller is responsible for resolving the issue in accordance with platform policies and applicable law.
Javelined operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. The platform is not a party to the contract between buyer and seller and does not assume responsibility for product quality, legality, or delivery.
Javelined may provide personalized recommendations to users based on their activity, preferences, and platform data to improve user experience.
These recommendations may be generated using automated systems and do not guarantee results or outcomes. including chargeback fees imposed by payment providers
Javelined may facilitate payments on the platform on behalf of sellers through third-party payment service providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and other global payment methods (the “Payment Providers”).
The use of such payment services may be required to sell on the platform where applicable. By using Javelined, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant Payment Providers in addition to this Agreement.
Javelined is not a financial institution and does not act as a bank, escrow provider, or payment processor. The contract for the sale of goods remains directly between the buyer and the seller.
If you are a buyer:
Transactions may be declined, delayed, or held for reasons including but not limited to fraud prevention, AML compliance, sanctions compliance, or internal risk assessments.
Javelined and its Payment Providers may store and process payment-related information in accordance with applicable laws and security standards.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Javelined provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect and complete transactions. We strive to maintain the availability and security of our Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Javelined (including its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including but not limited to:
Javelined does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of buyers or sellers to complete transactions.
You acknowledge that sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, sell, and deliver, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
In jurisdictions such as the European Union, including Germany, nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the extent permitted by law, Javelined’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Javelined in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Javelined, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
This includes, without limitation, any chargeback fees, processing fees, penalties, or fines imposed by Payment Providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or financial institutions.
You acknowledge and agree that Javelined is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers but may facilitate communication or refunds in accordance with platform policies.
You further agree that you are solely responsible for all legal obligations, liabilities, and consequences arising from your use of the platform as a seller or buyer.
If a dispute arises between you and Javelined, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution via our Contact Form .
Javelined provides support channels for users to submit complaints and inquiries, including reports related to illegal content or content harmful to users. We may consider reasonable requests to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, where applicable.
If Javelined removes or restricts access to any content you generate or suspends your account in a manner that violates this User Agreement, you may have the right to bring a claim against Javelined, subject to the limitations set out in the Liability section.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany.
Where you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be the competent courts in Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If any provision of this User Agreement is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Javelined reserves the right to offset any amounts owed to us against any balances held in your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement without prior notice, provided that such assignment does not reduce your rights under this Agreement.
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Javelined (and its affiliates, employees, and partners) from any claims, demands, or damages arising out of such disputes.
We may update or modify this User Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Changes will become effective within 15 days of publication unless otherwise required by law.
Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The policies published on our platform may be updated from time to time and become effective upon publication.
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Javelined.
Javelined respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that your rights have been infringed, you may report this via our Intellectual Property Policy .
This User Agreement, together with all policies published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Javelined and supersedes any prior agreements.
The following sections shall survive termination of this Agreement: Fees, Content, Payments, Liability, Compensation, and Legal Disputes.

This Tax & VAT Policy governs the responsibilities of users, including sellers and buyers, regarding taxes applicable to transactions conducted through Javelined.
Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes, including but not limited to value-added tax (VAT), sales tax, goods and services tax (GST), customs duties, and any other applicable governmental charges arising from their sales on Javelined.
Javelined acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not the seller of record unless explicitly stated otherwise. Therefore, Javelined does not assume responsibility for the calculation, collection, or payment of taxes on behalf of sellers, except where required by applicable law.
Sellers located in the European Union must comply with all applicable VAT regulations, including registration requirements, invoicing obligations, and reporting duties.
Where applicable, the reverse charge mechanism may apply to business-to-business (B2B) transactions within the EU.
Sellers operating in or targeting customers in Germany must comply with German tax laws, including VAT obligations under the German VAT Act (UStG).

Buyers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes imposed by their country unless otherwise specified.

In such cases, Javelined will inform users accordingly, and the relevant taxes may be included in the transaction price or collected at checkout.
By using Javelined as a seller, you agree that:

Javelined does not guarantee that all taxes are included in listed prices, especially for international transactions.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Javelined from any claims, liabilities, penalties, fines, or costs arising from your failure to comply with applicable tax laws or regulations.
Javelined reserves the right to update this Tax & VAT Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements.
