Free Standard Shipping and Click & Collect

For most products available on Javelined, standard shipping and Click & Collect may be offered free of charge when applicable minimum order requirements are met. Products shipped from local warehouses may not require a minimum order value. Please refer to individual product detail pages for available shipping methods and any applicable minimum order requirements.

Shipping Options

Available shipping options may vary depending on the specific item, seller, and destination. You may be able to choose between standard shipping, express shipping, and Click & Collect depending on your order and location. Please note that tracking information may not be available at every stage of the delivery process.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that you provide a correct and up-to-date shipping address. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address; however, certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Large items, high-value products, perishable goods, age-restricted items, or shipments handled by private carriers may require a physical address or a signature upon delivery. Sellers may also indicate on product pages that they are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Additionally, delivery to restricted areas such as military bases or high-security zones may not be possible.

Shipping Time and Cost

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, you will be able to view the estimated delivery time and shipping cost on your order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation message outlining the processing time for your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation message that includes the estimated delivery time for each package. A tracking number will be provided once available, and you can view tracking details in your order history. Please note that tracking updates may not be available at all stages of transit.

While most orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery dates may vary due to factors beyond our control, including logistics delays, weather conditions, or customs processing. Please refer to your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Minimum Order Value

Minimum order value requirements may apply depending on the product, seller, or region. These requirements will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout. Products shipped from local warehouses may not be subject to minimum order value requirements.

Issues Regarding Delivery

If your package has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, or if the tracking status indicates delivery but you have not received the item, please contact our customer support without undue delay via support@javelined.com .

Javelined may assist in facilitating communication between you and the seller regarding delivery-related concerns. However, responsibility for the fulfillment and delivery of products remains with the respective seller, unless otherwise stated.
